Get me clients for a new investment product for the retail crowd -- 2

I'm an investment advisor. I advise clients for long term and short term. For the long term Mutual Funds are the best ( 7 years and above). For the short term (6 months to few years) the best investment venue is Bank Fixed Deposit or Debt funds. Bank FD rates are pathetic and Debt funds give slightly higher returns than FD with low risk. None of them give very good returns 10%+ very negligible risk or Bank Guarantee. I'm now associated with distribution of a product that gives annual fixed returns of 11%+ with very low risk. Needless to say, it is not share market based. I want to take this product to the masses and want to hire a marketer who can get me details of clients who would be interested in this. I'm looking for someone who will take care of all aspects of marketing (Except sales. I will take care of that)
