We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist for help in planning and executing the digital marketing strategy for our e-commerce start-up. We need a strategy tailored specifically for the business, which is going to be focused on the sale of luxury/high end home decor products in the US.
The focus will initially be on social media marketing, so the successful candidate should be well versed in the intricacies of this form of marketing. As we launch and grow, we will look to expand to other marketing channels.
We also need to ensure that the marketing strategy is built around key performance indicators, with an emphasis on generating website traffic and converting that traffic.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working with various digital marketing tools. They should also be prepared to work in a scrappy start-up environment, as our business may require frequent adaptation and changes in strategy.
They should ideally have experience with the US market. They must value transparency, have a good work ethic, and understand the importance of staying up to date on the latest digital marketing trends.
