The backbone will be n8n workflows, ai agents that listen for key triggers, property media - scrape news video, text etc (use new listings, market updates allready scraped and published to grow engagement) Instantly scrape content, repackage it with minimal editorial input. Spin up relevent content that feels local is useful and drives comments, engagement leads abd sales of knock knocks rental and listings products. Create. Here’s how I picture the flow: • Data in: feed n8n with listing data, market stats and any fresh property news. • AI processing: use ChatGPT / GPT-4 or similar to craft compelling narratives, repurpose them per channel and schedule variations for A/B testing. • Distribution: automatically publish, queue or recycle posts through the relevant platform APIs, pushing traffic back to the knock knock website. • Feedback loop: pull engagement metrics into n8n so the AI can refine tone, length and formats to iterate constant improvement. 2 goals.
