SEO and Marketing/Driving Traffic/Eventually own 50% of my websites!

Please read this description and answer the below questions. If you just send me a copy and paste description about yourself or your services along with your bid without answering the below questions, I will ignore the bid. Reality is most freelancers offering SEO or traffic services are only concerned about getting paid, and are not concerned if a webste he is woring on makes money. And rightfully so, because most website owners won´t give their SEO freelancers bonuses for making them more money. Because both parties are greedy and not fair. This auction is about being 100% fair for both myself and the person who works for me. I will give you two websites and I need someone who will do their best promoting it via SEO work and driving traffic to it. Payment will go like this; - I will give you a guarantee of a $25 payment per month (so please do not bid $100+ on this auction). - Once the websites are earning combined over $100 per month,you will receive 30% of the websites earnings. - Once the websites are earning combined over $500 per month,you will receive 50% of the websites earnings. Even if you can ake the website earn $5000 per month, you will receive $2500 every month! In other words, we will be 50-50 partners. - I will give you a contract stating this, and I will also place in the contract that if I ever sell any of the websites, you will receive 50% of the sale. - What I will do to help increase profit is once the website is aking a profit, I will spend a majority of my profit on advertising. I think this is a huge opportunity for someone who knows how to drive traffic, and who knows how to turn a new website into a money-maker. Why take $300 per month in SEO fees when you should be getting much more? This is an ideal opportunity for a single person or a company with several workers. To qualify for this opportunity please answer the folowing questions; - Do you have skype (I want to have a close relationship with my partner so that later on we can discuss ways to improve profits)? - Can you also market apps (as that is a possibility for the future)? - Although I do not know how to do SEO or market, I am aware that a good SEO worker/company can roughly estimate how long it will take for a website to begin making money, and that every month the income should increase because good SEO and marketing maks that happen. I hope I find at least one freelancer who believes like I do, that in the long run doing things this way is beneficial to both of us. I am also open to accepting a few different freelancers to see which ones are really serious is the last thing I want, but I am sure may happen, is a freelancer acts serious and then does no work.
