Hello there, "I have read" Let me be honest and upfront with you. If someone knows all these T2 ad platforms very well then they will hardly have time to bid for project. Having said that, I have used most of the platform you have mentioned in the list for CPA and affiliate. I can definitely set you up for all these platform. I am pro on FB/Insta and PPC T1. But the budget you have mentioned is too low. If you can consider the budget and If I know the products you are going to promote then I may take this project for you.
