experience with AVR Microcontrollers and for Web/App part I mostly use Javascript. Perhaps if you can share the requirement and your project falls in my skillset, and If the sensors you're looking for are in my small lab, I can make a sample video too to demonstrate I am good for the job. for past experience I have made prototypes for a couple of devices for a company which were controlled by Mobile App. If your requirement is for controlling it through computer directly, I can do that too
