Our warehouse still relies on spreadsheets, and accuracy is slipping as order volume grows. To fix this, I need a complete RFID-based inventory system put in place. The focus is strictly on setting up the system; day-to-day stock tracking and future audits will stay in-house once everything is live. Deliverables • Workflow assessment and reader / antenna placement plan • Bill of materials for tags, fixed and handheld readers, middleware and any cabling • Installation and configuration of the chosen RFID software, database and user roles • One-time migration of current spreadsheet data so historical counts carry over seamlessly • User guide and a short remote training call so staff can handle daily operations on their own • Final acceptance test proving inbound, outbound and location-change events update on-hand counts in real time with at least 98 % accuracy, plus CSV export capability All suggested hardware must be easy to source in North America, and any commercial licences need to be itemised up front. I’m ready to move quickly once I see a clear implementation plan.
