App: Switch on Tapo P100 smart socket whenever energy consumption in Germany is low

Job Description:

This job consists of three tasks:

1) Program an iPhone app that controls the Tapo P100 smart socket:

3) enable the Tapo P100 when: the total energy generation in Germany is greater than the consumption, where:

- total energy consumption is the sum of:

'1223' - Stromerzeugung: Braunkohle

'1224' - Stromerzeugung: Kernenergie

'1225' - Stromerzeugung: Wind Offshore

'1226' - Stromerzeugung: Wasserkraft

'1227' - Stromerzeugung: Sonstige Konventionelle

'1228' - Stromerzeugung: Sonstige Erneuerbare

'4066' - Stromerzeugung: Biomasse

'4067' - Stromerzeugung: Wind Onshore

'4068' - Stromerzeugung: Photovoltaik

'4069' - Stromerzeugung: Steinkohle

'4070' - Stromerzeugung: Pumpspeicher

'4071' - Stromerzeugung: Erdgas

- energy consumption is:

'410' - Stromverbrauch: Gesamt (Netzlast)

The app shall become available as open source under your authorship.

As you will see in the attached PNG of 15 SEP 2022 (source: [1]), energy generation is currently lower than energy generation (red). In general though, Germany is a net exporter of electricity. The goal of the app is to switch on your fridge/ charger/ washing machine/ dish washer whenever there is excessive of electricity.

Bonus: as an additional "renewables only" mode, you may think of switching on the Tapo P100 whenever the sum of '4068' + '4067' + '1225' is greater than 125% of its median over time.
