Basic iphone App and C# .Net Web Services Application

What I am seeking is an experienced programmer to help me (an ex-programmer but just wanting to experiment on a few projects) put together something pretty simple, just to save me time in trying to learn and iron out getting started.
The person should have good skills in:
a) .NET C# Visual Studio 2012 and how to create web api services to insert and read data from an SQL server database
b) Objective C, XCode - being able to modify a simple template iphone app code base to extend with data fields loaded from the web services api in a), and send data to the web services api in a)
The idea is to help me achieve this using Visual Studio 2012, XCode on my development environemnt, but understand we may share code between us to accelerate this.
To some extend I am jsut seeking a bit of a 'coach' to prove to myself a few concepts.
The plan after this project is then to build out this proof of concept to a more expansive iphone app and web site, install on Amazon or Azure and get a new web initiative going. A success in this project will position the candidate well to be the lead developer in that project.
I am based in Sydney, Australia and seeking to work on this project ad-hoc in my evenings from 8pm EST onwards so seeking someone where we can either:
- block some time out each week
- just work on a Q and A basis as needed
I would expect that this project require about 10-20 hours of work initially and so think that a per by the hour be best approach
