The Case Study Dipping our toes into the chatbot world I’m the CMO at Lysol Ca who wants to add chatbots into my marketing plan for 2021. I’ve heard about chatbots but don’t really know how they work or where they’ll fit in my portfolio of marketing programs. I’m skeptical about new technologies by nature, so I’ll want to start small to gain my trust. The task: ● Choose the ideal use case for Lysol to dip their toes into a chatbot programme and explain why. ○ We don’t expect you to be an expert but do some research and be creative ● Sell the use case ● Include a sample conversation flow for this use case. This can be a simple flow (3 or 4 questions) it doesn’t need to be too detailed. ● You’ll want to include a potential roadmap that includes what future phases might look like Keep in mind that we don’t expect you to be experts on chatbots! We’ll be looking at the thought process, your ability to come up with and present ideas.
