We are currently looking for “Service Now Consultant” as Senior Consultant role of Professional Offshore Remote Work / Freelancing / Work From Home / Independent Consultant for 3 months+ from anywhere in INDIA (Offshore Technical Support of AMS & Implementation projects as an ODC technical consultant role) during USA Eastern Timings of evening shift of between 6.00 PM IST 2.00 AM IST of Monday to Friday.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This person will be able to demonstrate hands-on experience gained through multiple implementations of ITSM, CSM, and, ITOM applications.

• Should have 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Self- Service Portal, etc.

• Experience in implementing CSM, ITOM modules is a plus.

• ServiceNow Certifications is a big plus.
