I have a total of 912 english phrases in 30 csv files, I need the japanese phrases to be written into the file, using english script and japanese both, in this format: 1,cat,猫,mao (obviously that example is not chinese but you got the idea) Then I need mp3 files to be created for each phrase, numbered, and placed inside folders with chapter names, i will provide folders Total budget is $200 YOU MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL RECORDING EQUIPMENT to ensure good mp3 quality.
