Mgwt Phonegap example

We develop our software in Gwt and MGWT. We have looked at phonegap before but we want to get help in how to best set things up. What we would prefer is an web application example which runs local and communicates with rest with a server. After startup the application runs loccaly, Next the application opens after an action from the user the remote web app that runs on the server and is usable as a regular web app but also has phonegap capabilities. if opened on a mobile device. Local mobile example must be written in mgwt and phonegap. Remote web app example must also writen in mgwt and phonegap. The rest call are optonial in the example. We know how to do those :-) The example can be very basic. What we mainly need to figure our is how to combine phonegap with the application running on the server since phonegap seems to deliver js files for each platform. To be 100% Clear. Samples should not be pure phonegap html applications. This is clear and no problem. We are looking for a combination of mgwt an phonegap. 1 sample running in the mobiles device loaded from the www dir and 1 sample running on a web server and opened by the app running on the mobile device. The project structure should be in maven.
