video uploader

I host a video-content web site like youtube, The web platform is Joomla CMS(php) and the Database is mysql. Videos now can only be uploadd by registered users through the web interface(php-html forms). I would like to give to my users the oportunity to upload videos by using an upload tool from their dekstops with out having to leave their internet browsers open for hours.. So I need a piece of software software ,prefered in java in order to be platform independant that must -authenticate the registered users in order to upload. (so secure remote connection to the mysql server is important) *username,password /remeber me fields. -upload one or more videos from hard-drive on the same time(tabs or something..) after filing some fields like title,descriptions,tags,category,(allow embed, allow download etc otions). Upload I suppose must use ftp protocol. After upload is successfully completed an insertion query must run to update the content table with the new video entries(details will be given). -option to upload a new video even if some videos are allready uploading. -Option of capturing video from the web-camera and upload it on the same way -Seperate Upload progress bar for each video ,pause-resume,upload speed and remaining time. -Minimize on tray choice. -Max size warning-deny (200mb for each video ). This program will be downloaded and installed easily by the users. So the final executable file must follow the typical installation procedure. We will also need the source files in order to be able to make small changes like mysql,ftp passwords etc, comments in the code in order to understand what we read and some instruction on how to bind the changed code again. User messages must be in a seperate file in order to be easy to translate it. As I told Java language is prefered! Thanks!
