Java REST API Bug Fixes

I maintain a Java-based backend that exposes a small REST interface for sensor and other device data. A few legacy issues are breaking current GET and POST calls and I also need several new endpoints added. Each confirmed bug you resolve is paid at ₹1,200, and the same rate applies if you prefer to log time hourly instead. Scope • Diagnose and fix existing errors in the REST layer, services, or related model classes. • Add clean, well-documented GET and POST endpoints so devices can reliably push data and consumers can pull it back. • Ensure responses follow our current JSON schema and return the correct HTTP status codes. • Provide concise unit or integration tests that demonstrate each fix or new endpoint working end-to-end. Acceptance criteria A pull request that builds without warnings, all automated tests green, and manual verification of each listed issue. Once merged, the fix or new endpoint is counted and released for payment. Stack overview: Java 17, Git, Maven, and a lightweight REST framework already in place; if you are comfortable with typical Spring Boot or JAX-RS patterns you will be right at home.
