Place ML Models in the cloud with API access

Hi, I'm a seasoned software engineer that has done a fair bit of work with restful cloud based services. I've actually made machine learning models consumable via rest api in a past project. This entailed streaming the bytes of the model back to the end user. I feel confident that I'll be able to get your machine learning models into the cloud and consumable via rest api (I'm assuming you want a rest api, but can accommodate other needs as well). As for keeping track of model usage, I have some ideas around best practices. Stripe integration should be pretty straightforward too. Question: How will the model usage data be consumed?
