smart card EMV reader writer -- 2

Hi there i would like to have a program where i can read and write national ID such as name, serial number, nationality and DOB (Date of birth) all decoded to see all information. Project name: Smart Card EMV / EMV ISO-7816 & Smart Card Java Card Software Engineer & Programming & Ecectronic Engineers & Microcontroller & Cryptography Look what I need : 1. Decoded I need a Software that can read national ID such as name, serial number, nationality and DOB (Date of birth) all decoded to see all information. 2. Smart Card Read / Write Project I need a software where i can write on blank smart card such as name, serial number, nationality and DOB (Date of birth) all decoded to see all information. - Software must include all writing options: cryptographic and dynamic and etc., - Arabic text support - Data which have been stored must be downloadable with a software (which must be included) - Record and store also the PIN which has been enetered from a PIN Pad; - You will need to provide video tutorial and showcase the software live that it works - Also give advise which hardware do i need to do all this If you have a knowledge about my projects and just if you do have done , provide, and succeed to realize such things, than please contact me!
