I need someone who is very good with Flash Actionscripting & Javascript. This person must know and have implemented SCORM/AICC standard into their project. Thus he should know how to build SCORM/AICC standard Flash eLearning Modules.

I need a few template that that works with Rapid Intakes FlashForm Software. These are quiz template that must be able to be implemented into Rapid Intake FlashForm and conform Fully to SCORM/AICC. So this person should know Rapid Intakes FlashForm and Flash Actionscripting/ XML & Javascript.

I need a few template that works with Adobe Captivate 2. Again this are quiz template, that must and can be implemented into Adobe Captivate 2 and must conform to Fully to SCORM/AICC.
So this person should know Flash Actionscripting, XML & Actionscript as well as Adobe Captivate.
additionally if you have not work on Flashform or Captivate 2, but have build SCORM/AICC using Flash. You can try to bid too.
