1. User can drop a file from their local drive onto the form or click on the `Parachute` which will open the file selector.
2. When the user chooses the file, this should be stored on S3 and ffprobe should be run on the file, where the size should be returned back to the form - so a new table row would be added - see row 3
3. Once we have a file size, it should calculate the cost of transcription and fill out the rest of the table row.
4. If user clicks on `Delete` the entry should be removed
5. Order totals - these should automatically be added:

6. There will be a button to `Confirm and Review Before Payment` which will take the user to the `Review Before Payment` page, which will list the items and credit card function - I will one a new issue for this - which means the user can come back to this page and add additional items or delete existing items.
Thing to consider:
* If there is an error, it should be displayed on the form.
* Unit price currency will come from the User`s profile
* Unit price will also come from the user's company price list.
