Build me an investment calculator

Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and will create your investment calculator exactly to your requirements. I've checked the website and your Excel spreadsheet. Your Excel calculator has only days for a period entry field, right? For days I get the same results as [login to view URL] calculator (before analyzing their code). What about the months and years? If I put 36525 (100 years x 365 days + 25 days for leap years) with 10% "Incremento Mensual" and 7% "Tasa" I get $324,970.71 in your Excel file and $327,960.00 on that website (and seen in your image). So I guess you need different formula (or at least adjustment) for months and years - or I can analyze the code on that website and reuse this part.
