Deploying Nuxt app to Heroku

I have deployed a Nuxt app to Heroku and after a successful build, when visiting the site's index page, I get a 404 error. I am looking for a freelancer who can solve this issue and get this app deployed to Heroku quickly. If successful, I will also be looking to hire a freelancer for ongoing work.
