Hope you are doing fine. We have worked in two different one IoT apps. The server side developed on PHP with mobile app on node js. We have worked on home automation system where device send data about switch States in predefined format to our servers and app reads data from database to display the same in app UI. The second app we worked is bag tracker where our GPS module sent data on server after every 5-10 min. Our mobile app reads the latest gps data and show it on Google map UI.
