EOL Sensor Test Station I have solid LabVIEW experience in NI-based automation, including CompactDAQ/PXI systems, industrial test sequencing, and hardware integration for production environments. I have developed automated test flows involving CAN, RS485, Modbus, and Ethernet-based devices with real-time data logging and pass/fail evaluation logic. I can design the full LabVIEW architecture for multi-UUT EOL stations with structured state machines and scalable test sequencing. I have implemented PID-based temperature control systems integrated with RTD/PT100 sensors and external heating/cooling hardware. I can interface LabVIEW with programmable power supplies for high-current DC testing and closed-loop monitoring. SQL/CSV-based traceability systems with QR/serial tracking and production reporting can be fully integrated. HMI will include role-based login, alarms, real-time dashboards, and operator-friendly test control screens. I can also support commissioning, debugging, and on-site/remote validation during deployment. Estimated fixed-price and timeline can be provided after reviewing NI hardware selection and full I/O specifications.

EOL Sensor Test Station , Hi there, I’m a LabVIEW developer focused on industrial Automated Test Equipment and end-of-line production systems. I’ve built NI-based test applications that coordinate thermal control, high-current electrical sequencing, communications (CAN/RS485), and robust Pass/Fail evaluation with traceability. For your station, I would create a modular LabVIEW architecture that runs up to six UUTs in parallel, performs PID temperature profiles (25°C/60°C/100°C), drives programmable DC supplies up to 250A, and calculates sensor accuracy from synchronized telemetry. I’ll also deliver an operator HMI with role-based login, real-time alarms/interlocks, barcode/QR scanning, part/PO/lot handling, and a production database logging strategy (SQL + CSV fallback) to support historical retrieval. For communications, I’ll implement CAN and RS485 drivers with clean retry/error states and hardware abstraction for future expansion. To help me scope correctly: which DAQ/power/temperature controller models are you using today, and do you already have the accuracy formula/spec for Pass/Fail by part number?

Let's build amazing. I'm a LabVIEW developer with over eight years of hands‑on experience building Automated Test Equipment and End‑of‑Line production test systems for high‑current sensors, including CAN Bus, RS485, PID temperature control, and NI DAQ hardware integration. I've developed thermal cycling stations that stabilize at 25°C, 60°C, and 100°C while applying up to 300A DC, and I always include barcode traceability, SQL logging, and a clean operator HMI with login and alarm handling. For your six‑sensor EOL station, I'll deliver a complete LabVIEW application that communicates with programmable power supplies, monitors RTD sensors, runs automated test sequences, and stores results in a database of your choice. I'm available for remote commissioning and post‑delivery support, and I can provide screenshots of previous ATE projects that include thermal chambers and current sensor validation. My fixed‑price proposal is $14,500 with an estimated 150 engineering hours and a delivery timeline of 8 weeks, including documentation and debugging support. Let's build a production‑ready test station that passes every sensor with confidence. Dimitar

Hi, I can help you EOL Sensor Test Station. You need one station that heats or cools, pushes up to 250A, talks to sensors over CAN and RS485, checks accuracy, marks pass or fail, saves every detail, and shows it on a simple screen. It should scan barcodes, pick the right test, keep people safe, and store results for production tracking. This will take a few days, I've been doing this type of work for years. I have short walkthrough videos on my Freelancer profile showing similar work. 1) What hardware do you already have for power, temperature control, DAQ, and comms, and what’s still to be decided? 2) What exact final outputs do you need at launch: database type, report format, HMI screens, and pass rules? Ideally, we have a call and go through the details together so I can make sure I understand everything correctly, address any questions, and give you a quote and timeline. Would that work? Best, Nicolas
