I will do my best to complete it within this timeframe. To keep the process clear, I suggest splitting the work into milestones. We can divide it into two phases Concept design at 5000 Final design at 7500 I work using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion or D5 Render, so there will be no technical issues from my side.
