Commission-Based Lead Generation Partner

I run a growing software-development company and I’m ready to scale our client base beyond our current network. What I need is a proactive marketer who can consistently bring in qualified small-business leads within the technology sector, no matter where in the world those prospects are located. Here’s how I see us working together: • Your focus will be sourcing and qualifying owners or decision-makers at tech-focused small businesses (typically under 100 employees). • Channels are completely up to you—LinkedIn outreach, cold email, strategic content placement, paid ads, partnerships—so long as they deliver real conversations. You can plug into our existing HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator accounts if that helps streamline your workflow. • Each lead must include the company name, contact person, role, email (or direct phone), and a brief note on their software or digital-transformation pain point so my team can take the discovery call from there. Compensation is 100 % commission. Once a lead signs a contract, you’ll receive an agreed-upon percentage of the first project value, with additional tiers for renewals or upsells—happy to outline that structure with you before we start. Acceptance criteria for each lead 1. Fits the “small tech business” profile. 2. Has an expressed interest in custom software or app development (not generic IT support). 3.
