Deliverables • A weekly spreadsheet of verified leads within the city/region, each including: property name, decision-maker’s name & role, direct contact details, and a brief note confirming interest in façade lighting. • (Preferred) Calendar invitations for on-site meetings or video calls you have pre-qualified. Acceptance Criteria • Lead must belong to a high-rise owner, hotel manager, or villa owner in our region. • Contact is a real decision-maker and has acknowledged a need or curiosity about exterior lighting. I’ll supply brochures, sample project videos, and technical data sheets—use whatever combination of cold visits, local events, or personal networks works best for you, as long as those leads meet the criteria above.
