My company services both residential and commercial HVAC clients and I need a freelance sales partner who can own the entire front-end of the pipeline—from the first cold call to the signed work order. Work scope You will concentrate on three core activities: generating new leads, following up with every prospect until a decision is made, and closing the sale. Residential homeowners, small businesses, and larger commercial facilities are all in play, so messages must be tailored accordingly. Preferred tactics Cold calling will be your primary door-opener, supported by well-timed email marketing sequences. When a prospect shows serious interest, an in-person visit (or virtual walk-through when distance demands) should be arranged to secure the deal and collect required paperwork. Tools and tracking Please use your own dialer, email platform, and calendar, but keep every interaction documented in our shared CRM so the installation team has real-time visibility. I provide marketing collateral, price sheets, and any technical backup you may need on the call. Deliverables (weekly) • A minimum of 10 qualified residential leads and 5 qualified commercial leads entered in the CRM • Follow-up tasks scheduled for every open opportunity with notes attached • Signed agreements or verbal commitments converted into work orders ready for dispatch • A concise Friday report summarizing pipeline movement and closed revenue Acceptance criteria Leads must include name, contact details, system type, and stated need; follow-ups can’t exceed 48-hour gaps; a closed sale is counted only when the client signs or makes a deposit.
