The Opportunity: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Closer who specializes in LinkedIn Outreach to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is not a "job" where you get a fixed salary. This is a business partnership. We are offering a significant commission for every client you bring on board. If you are a skilled sales professional who is confident in your ability to find, qualify, and close B2B deals exclusively on LinkedIn, this is the opportunity to generate high income. The Role & Responsibilities: Your sole objective is to generate qualified leads, book appointments, run discovery calls, and close clients (Founders, CEOs, VPs of Operations) at US-based startups and SMEs, entirely via LinkedIn. LinkedIn Prospecting: Identify and connect with decision-makers at target US companies. LinkedIn Messaging (Outreach): Execute highly personalized and effective LinkedIn messaging sequences (our proven scripts or yours) to initiate conversations. Appointment Setting & Discovery: Qualify prospects on LinkedIn and book/run the initial discovery call to understand their needs and present our solution. Closing: Overcome objections, handle pricing negotiations, and get the contract signed. Relationship Management (Handoff): Successfully hand off the client to our fulfillment team after the contract is secured and the first invoice is paid. Compensation: This is a 100% Commission-Only role. Commission: 10% of the first month's retainer value for every closed client. (Note: Our standard monthly retainer is typically $1,000 - $5,000 USD per hired professional. This means your commission per closed deal is $100 - $500 USD). We pay out immediately upon successful collection of the first month's payment. (Note: This is a high-ticket B2B sale. High-performing Closers can typically expect conversion rates that make this a very lucrative opportunity). Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate): Proven LinkedIn Closing Experience: You must have at least 1 year of proven experience closing high-ticket B2B services exclusively via LinkedIn.
