About Us We are building a specialized ERP solution for Auto Component and Fastener manufacturers. Our product helps factories improve production visibility, reduce stock mismatch, and increase operational efficiency. We are currently expanding in North India and are looking for a highly driven Lead Generation Executive to help us connect with Plant Heads and Operations Managers in manufacturing companies. Role Overview Your primary responsibility will be to: -Call manufacturing companies -Identify the Plant Head / Operations Head / Production Head -Introduce our ERP solution -Generate qualified demo appointments for the founder This is NOT a random telecalling job. You will be speaking with factory decision-makers. Key Responsibilities -Call 60–100 manufacturing companies per day -Speak with factory reception, accounts, production, dispatch departments to identify decision makers -Fix qualified demo meetings -Maintain daily call tracking sheet (calls made, decision maker reached, demo fixed) -Follow up consistently with warm prospects -Build a basic understanding of manufacturing pain points (inventory, production planning, dispatch, stock issues) Target Industry -Auto Component Manufacturers -Fastener Manufacturers -Cycle Industry -Industrial Manufacturing Units Ideal Candidate -1–3 years experience in B2B telecalling / inside sales -Comfortable speaking with factory owners / plant heads -Fluent in Hindi + Punjabi -Persistent and not afraid of rejection -Basic Excel knowledge -Strong follow-up discipline Bonus if: -Experience selling software, ERP, industrial products -Prior exposure to manufacturing sector Compensation Structure -Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month Performance Incentive: -₹500–₹1,000 per qualified demo Additional bonus per closed deal This role has high earning potential based on performance.
