Need Cold Caller

I am looking for a freelancer who can do cold calling and mailing. We prefer native North Indian who is completely at ease switching between Hindi and English on the phone. Your calls will focus on pure lead generation—no hard selling—so the aim is to open the conversation, briefly present our recruitment services, and secure the next step. Each conversation should leave me with two clear data points: • The prospect’s current staffing needs • A window of time when they’re willing to meet or take a follow-up call I’ll supply a call script outline, and a filtered list of decision-maker numbers. You just bring the voice, cultural fluency, and confidence to handle objections gracefully. Daily call notes and updates must be logged in the Excel sheet before signing off. If you’ve previously booked appointments or sourced leads for HR or staffing agencies, let me know—that experience will help you ramp up faster.
