Your first task is to build a clean, accurate list of two senior HR decision-makers at each of the ten largest B2B SaaS, IT infrastructure and IT consulting services companies in the UAE before moving on to Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. Within every company, zero in on titles such as VP People and VP Human Resources first, then move down the hierarchy only if those roles do not exist. Target firms with 50–10,000+ employees, ideally those showing fresh hiring momentum, recent funding rounds or active international expansion. Once the list is ready, reach out on my behalf: send personalised LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up emails that include my CV, all aimed at securing interviews for Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Director or Sales Lead positions. Deliverables (shared via Google Sheet and email): • Verified contacts with names, titles, LinkedIn URLs, corporate emails and phone numbers • Note of the trigger event (hiring surge, funding news, expansion headline) used to justify the prospect • Copies of each LinkedIn invite and outreach email you send, plus response tracking I will supply my latest CV and a short personal pitch; you craft the messages, handle follow-ups and keep meticulous records so I can see progress at a glance.
