I'm looking for a freelancer to attend a conference in Sanghai, July 31 july and 1st Aug China • on my behalf. The primary goal of this assignment is to showcase our product . This is a lead generation strategy to bring for future clients. Your responsibilities will include showing the banner to the mass of people present at the event. who is interested in our product? Just ask to scan the Telegram/WhatsApp/Teams QR given on banner. Our backend team will be available on those handles, and they will take them forward. The main aim is establishing connections that could lead to future business opportunities. We are looking for a local freelancer of Sanghai,China . who can attend a conference on behalf of our company . You have to take snaps during the event. The conference will be for 2 days; just enjoy the time and have fun. The conference is on 31 July , 1 Aug ,2026. At the end we want the snap you have taken, and a report on the event should be sent by email. The format of report will be given by us. A person should be frank enough and have good communication. I am in Shanghai and can be at the venue on both days. Two things worth knowing before you choose anyone, because they decide whether this works: 1) Telegram and WhatsApp are not reachable on mainland Chinese networks without a VPN. If the banner QR points there, most Chinese attendees physically cannot open it - they scan, get nothing, and walk away. Teams is reachable but rarely used by Chinese SMEs. For mainland leads the QR should be WeChat or WeCom. Worth fixing before anything is printed. 2) 201204 is the Pudong exhibition area. If we are not a registered exhibitor, walking the halls with a banner usually gets stopped by security. Tell me which exhibition it is and whether you have a booth or only visitor passes - the approach is completely different. What I would do: attend both days, approach attendees in Chinese, hand out your materials, explain the product in one line in Chinese, and log everyone who shows real interest - company, role, what they asked. Photos throughout, and the report in your format at the end. Questions: 1) Which exhibition exactly, and do you have a booth? 2) Do you have Chinese materials, or should I translate your one-liner? 3) You posted this job twice with very different budgets - which is correct? I am not asking you to trust a profile. The two points above are what you get from someone actually here.
