I’m arranging a series of face-to-face workshops for several engineering-manufacturing plants around San Antonio and need a seasoned instructor who can fluently switch between Mexican Spanish and English at any moment in the room. Scope of work You will design or adapt training materials, deliver the sessions on site (most venues sit within a 45-minute drive of downtown San Antonio), and provide quick reference handouts in both languages. Each topic will be run as a standalone module so plants can mix-and-match according to shift coverage. Logistics & expectations – Sessions: 4- to 6-hour blocks, scheduled jointly in advance. – Methodology: interactive exercises, real-world manufacturing scenarios, minimal slide-deck dependency. – Take-home: participant workbooks (PDF and print) plus a one-page post-session action plan. – Evaluation: short knowledge checks during class and a follow-up survey summary for management within one week.
