Secure Jewelry Patent Filing

I have a biological jewelry implant invention (dimensions are around 2cm x 1cm) that is already in production and I now need to secure patent protection for it. No prior art search has been carried out, so we will be starting from scratch. I am looking for an experienced patent attorney or registered agent who specialises in biotech to guide me from the first search all the way to successful filing. If this filing goes well I have a couple more of them that I can offer you a contract with. The invention is a jewelry which is fixed in ear, is already being commercially produced, and needs coverage that is both broad and defensible. Your role begins with a thorough patentability search, moves into claim drafting and application preparation, and ends with the formal submission to the USPTO (and potentially a PCT if you recommend it).
