I handle a steady stream of criminal, civil, and matrimonial matters and often need authoritative case precedents at short notice. Right now, I want a researcher who can quickly locate, summarise, and cite relevant judgments that strengthen my written submissions and court arguments. Here’s what I expect: • Targeted searches for the most persuasive and up-to-date precedents on issues I specify. • A concise brief for each case highlighting facts, ruling, ratio, and how it supports (or weakens) my position. • Proper citations in Bluebook or SCC style so I can paste them directly into drafts. Turnaround is usually two to three days per request, so responsiveness is essential. When you reply, focus on your experience handling legal research for litigation, the databases you have access to (SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, etc.), and any practice areas that overlap with mine. If you can consistently deliver clear, well-sourced precedent notes, we will expand the collaboration to larger research memos and drafting assignments.
