I regularly dictate notes, clauses, and case commentary in real-time and need those spoken files turned into a polished legal manuscript. The recordings come as “live telling” MP3s—essentially an attorney speaking directly to mic, not an interview or hearing—so the flow is continuous rather than Q&A style. You cannot use AI..Your task is to listen, capture every word accurately, apply standard legal formatting, and return a clean manuscript that can be dropped straight into a brief or motion. Spelling of statutes, citations, and parties must be exact; please flag any inaudible sections with a timestamp. Confidentiality is non-negotiable, and familiarity with legal terminology will be essential to keep pace with the language. I will share the first batch (about 60 minutes) upon award. Turnaround expectation is 24 hours per hour of audio, with ongoing work available if we mesh well. Deliver the final document as a Word file, double-spaced, 12-pt Times New Roman, margins set for standard court submissions.
