I need to document 350 glazed prints for auction use and want each piece captured in sharp, detailed close-ups that reveal texture, brushwork and glazing without introducing glare. Because the images will go straight into my site’s gallery, I do not require any post-processing—accurate in-camera results are all I’m after. You would bring or arrange suitable lighting to control reflections, set up a consistent framing template so every print sits square, and supply high-resolution JPEGs (and RAW files, if you shoot them) named to match the inventory numbers I’ll provide. A portable tethered workflow is welcome so we can review focus and exposure on the spot and keep the session efficient. I’m based in Steyning BN44 and can dedicate a full day on-site for the shoot; if you prefer splitting the work into two sessions, that’s fine as long as we maintain visual consistency across all 350 images. Let me know what gear you plan to use, your proposed schedule, and how you handle glare when working with glazed art.

I have read your project about Glazed Print Documentation for Auction. With expertise in technical photography coordination and project management, I will ensure the 350 prints are captured with clarity, consistency, and accurate in-camera results as required. Although I am based in London, I work closely with an experienced professional art photographer who is well-equipped for glare-controlled artwork documentation and would be an excellent fit for your Steyning BN44 location. Proposed Gear and Approach: 1- Full-frame high-resolution camera (45MP+). 2- Macro/prime lens for sharp close-up detail. 3- Polarizing filters to control reflections. 4- Cross-polarized LED lighting setup to minimize glare on glazing. 5- Sturdy tripod with leveling base for perfect alignment. My Proposed Methodology: 1- Set up controlled cross-lighting to eliminate glare and reflections. 2- Create a fixed framing template to ensure every print is square and consistent. 3- Calibrate exposure and white balance for accurate color reproduction. 4- Review images on-site via tethered workflow for quality control. .We can comfortably complete the shoot within a full dedicated day, or divide it into two structured sessions Regards, Mustafa Amjad Project Consultant
