Traffic Links Needed

I need 100 one-way permanent links for 5 websites (20 links per site).

I am interested only in high quality traffic links:

- targeted traffic first, SEO second (but important, too)

- PR4 or higher

- if the link can bring high traffic, PR may be a little lower (PR3)

- content related sites (no directories, forums, link farms etc.)

- preferable [url removed, login to view] sites (eventually other English sites with traffic from GB or USA)

- The anchor text (title, description) will be different for each site (3 options)

- No more than 10 links per week for one site to be added

And other standard things:

- Links must be permanent and remain active

- All links must be indexed by robots, not blacklisted from Google

- One link per IP/domain

- The linking page has to have no more than 30 outbound links

- All links must be static, plain, standard a href type links (no cgi etc...) and direct using provided anchor text

- Al links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel="nofollow", [url removed, login to view] blocking and the like

- Link page must have a recent Google cache; no less then 30 days old

- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable

- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks

- Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked links

- Links not be through a javascript

- Links not be through a redirect script

- Links should not be on Flash sites or pages

- All links should be free and not paid links

- All links shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links , advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link

- All Links have to be on sites which are NOT penalized or banned by Google

- All links have to be new, links from websites that already link to my site will not be counted

- No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)

- I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable

- No links from adult content, gambling, pharmacy, indecent, or questionable websites

I would like to receive report with: link site URL, Site Name, Google Page Rank and IP address for each of my 5 sites.

I will have 3-5 more sites for link building within 2 months, if I will be satisfied with your work.
