Configure ngix PHP-FPM Centos 7 for vhost

I have a new cloud server that needs to be setup. I am very busy right now and need a little help. The versions of some of the components are newer than my other servers so hiring someone with direct experience in this setup will save me a lot of time. The primary requirement is vhosts and efficient memory usage for fast TTFB Requirements Centos7 NGIX PHP 7 PHP-FMP Setup for vhosts (support multiple websites, 1 IP address) vhost pub html path = /var/www/vhosts/[domainname]/httpdocs (easy transition from legacy servers) vhost logs path = /var/www/vhosts/[domainname]/logs (easy transition from legacy servers) perl with imagemagick installed and cpan derivative for installing modules install perl Excel-Writer-XLSX/lib/Excel/Writer/[login to view URL] install perl DBI & DBD install perl CGI::Simple NO control panels! Notes some sites can get high traffic or occasional attack so methods should be considered that will allow quick mitigation of issues so that a problem with 1 vhost does not affect memspace of all other vhosts. mysql/mariadb is ok to install/configure however all vhost data is run on AWS RDS so wouldonly be used for testing or as requirement for other server components I will need thorough documentation on steps needed to create new vhosts quickly in including paths, permissions and users We control access to wordpress admin by IP filter server wide to limit attacks.
