Hi there. You need an automated program that can handle that easily and fast. We simply create an app that query each address sequentially and if the balance is within the threshold (0.1 eth) we stored it in an CSV. Good thing about this approach is you can use it any time and set parameters on your own for example if you wanted to change from (0.1 to 1eth). I have couple of blockchain scripts that I use for several purpose I can surely build one to fit in this category easily. Kind regards.
