Recently, I have did similar project like smart home application based on ESP32 platform. As a cloud we have used AWS and communication medium is MQTT. ESP32 firmware was getting sensor data periodically and send it to the AWS application. On AWS, UI application was running to visualize the data. We are looking forward to work with you.

Hello, I am a software developer with the core of my experience in embedded applications, currently focusing on IoT. I have not worked with the AWS platform before (hence a reduced hourly rate) but I am currently running an open source IoT project and I have worked with ESP8266 (predecessor to ESP32), PIC32, ARM MBed, META and MIPs microprocessors so far in my career. I am also UK based so if you need me to send anything physically, or even if you need me on site at some point, that can be arranged.
