Faircom Database Export

I have many Faircom .dat and .idx files that I need to have exported into csv format on a Ubuntu Linux server. The overall goal is to be able to upload the data files to the Ubuntu server and have the server automate the conversion to csv without the need for human interaction and/or a gui. You don't need to actually automate the process yourself because that's something I will do, but I felt like that's an important detail so you know what kind of a solution might work. In the end, I expect to have one or more command line functions to complete the entire process. I've included some sample data ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) as well as a sample of the first three rows of the what the output should be like ([login to view URL]). For the right person, this project might take only 10 minutes, but I'm happy to pay for the right solution. Please be sure you know how to convert the data into csv before reaching out because Faircom data is very different than most modern databases that I've seen. p.s. We do not have access to the Faircom server, only the .dat and .idx files so an ODBC might be a little difficult. I was able to view the data using Dr. C-Tree ([login to view URL]), but exporting the data from Dr. C-Tree becomes problematic when you have hundreds of thousands of records and I want a way to automate this process so using the GUI is out.
