Help move a php-based web site from one hardware server to another

I have an old server with apache 2.2 and php5.6, and I also have a working web site there.
When i try to transfer the working code to the new hardware server with apache 2.4 (i did not change the php version) the site shows a lot of errors, some pages do not work, and the php logging is broken.
I ask you to fix the errors, fix the php and apache logging and work with me to see what else can be improved / corrected to ensure the stable operation of the site on the new hardware server.
