1. Mailserver einrichten
Es soll ein neuer Mailserver (SMTP/POP/IMAp) auf einem dedizierten Linux-Server eingerichtet werden.
Beim Setup sind alle aktuellen Sicherheits- und Spam-Regeln zu implementieren.
Einrichtung von 2 IPs, für Geschäfts- / Werbe-Emails.
DNS-Setup
2. Analyse der ausgehenden automatisierten Emails bzgl. Massenversand-Konformität, insbesondere der in Deutschland relevanten ISPs (United Internet, T-Online, Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
3. Bounce-Management
Keine Zustellung an Email-Adressen nach mehreren Bounce-Fehlern, gemäß den Vorgaben der großen ISPs in Deutschland. Generierung einer Liste der so gesperrten Email-Adressen zur Verarbeitung in unserer Warenwirtschaft
Überwachung auf Probleme in der Zustellung (temporäre Sperrung ?, etc.)
4. Reputations-Management
-Whitelist-Kriterien (CSA, trustedDialog) erfüllen und Zertifizierung (in Absprache) beantragen und überwachen
-Spam-Markierung bei den großen ISPs abfragen (soweit möglich)
5. SSL-Zertifikat
-Server-SSl-Zertifikat installieren und jährlich verlängern

-Fullfill Whitelist-Criteria (CSA, trustedDialog) and try to get a certification and monitoring later
-report if we got Spam-marked at a big ISP (if possible) and block/ report the email-addresses
5. SSL-Certificate
-Install SSl-Cerfiticate and prolong yearly
