The task is to secure a dry bulk carrier for 200,000 tonnes of bauxite, loading at the port of Kokaya, Guinea and discharging at Yantai, China. Laycan runs 10 – 20 August, and the freight target is US $24 per tonne on a voyage charter basis. I will pay a flat US $10,000 agency fee once the charter party is fully executed. Key requirements • Vessel type: dry bulk carrier • Condition: must be in excellent working order, routine class & flag state compliant • No additional certification beyond normal regulatory standards is necessary Deliverables 1. A fixed, mutually-signed charter party covering the stated cargo, route, laycan and rate 2. Proof of the vessel’s current class status and latest inspection report 3. Full fixture recap including broker’s commission statement Smooth communication with owners, negotiation of the freight rate at or below the US $24/t target, and coordination of all fixture documentation are essential.

Hi, I can help coordinate the sourcing and verification process for a suitable dry bulk carrier for your bauxite shipment from Guinea to China. My background is in international sourcing and supplier coordination. I have experience identifying qualified suppliers, comparing options, negotiating terms, and managing communication between overseas clients and Chinese partners. For this project, I would apply the same resource-screening approach to identify reliable shipping partners and coordinate with qualified dry bulk brokers/owners. My approach: Work with professional dry bulk shipping contacts to identify available vessels matching your laycan (10–20 August). Verify vessel details including DWT, class status, flag compliance, and inspection documents. Support communication and negotiation with owners to target the freight level of USD 24/ton or below. Coordinate fixture recap and charter party documentation until completion. I understand that for a project of this size, vessel reliability and documentation accuracy are more important than simply finding the lowest price. I will focus on reducing risks by verifying information before moving forward. Could you please confirm whether you already have the cargo owner/charterer details and whether the loading schedule at Kokaya Port has been finalized? I would be happy to discuss the next steps. Best regards, Jack
