KL Office Buffet Coordination -- 2

I’m organising a small corporate gathering in our Kuala Lumpur office and need someone to take full charge of the buffet arrangements for both breakfast and lunch. Fewer than 50 guests will attend, so service must be smooth, timely and sized just right—no long queues, no food waste. You will manage all vendor communication and be present on the day to supervise set-up, replenishment and teardown. If any dietary requests surface before the event, you’ll handle them with the caterer so everyone is looked after. Local know-how matters, especially familiarity with reputable KL suppliers, delivery logistics in the city centre and basic food-safety requirements.
