Surabaya Export Logistics Assistance

I ship goods out of Surabaya several times a month and need steady, hands-on help keeping every export fully compliant and on schedule. Your main focus will be documentation and logistics coordination: drafting the commercial invoice, packing list, HS code declarations and any other paperwork Indonesian Customs asks for, uploading them through INSW/CEISA, securing the NPE, and following the file until customs issues the release. Once clearance is in hand, you’ll liaise with my forwarder at Tanjung Perak, confirm container loading, and keep me updated on vessel ETD/ETA. Clear, timely English reports are essential; an ability to read or speak Chinese is a bonus when communicating with colleagues in Shanghai. Deliverables per shipment • Complete, error-free export document set (editable files) • Proof of customs submission and clearance status from Surabaya Customs portal • Daily progress updates until the container is on board Acceptance criteria: data in the paperwork must match the cargo exactly, clearance secured before the carrier’s cut-off, and all files stored in our shared drive.
