Online Survey (Qualitative Research)

Hello, I am currently working as a research assistant for one of my colleagues who is currently doing his study in Australia. I really want to help him completing his study as soon as possible. This study is about experiences of supervisor/manager/leader practices at work and it involves completing online survey with most of the questions require qualitative responses. The survey will take approximately 30 to 55 minutes to complete. Criteria: - people over the age of 18 years - currently living in Australia - working in Australian organization/company - part-time and casual workers are also eligible - priority will be given to those who are currently leading a team (e.g., supervisor, manager, team leader, director). You will not receive any financial reward for participating in this study. However, after completing the survey and responding to all qualitative questions, I will be happy to pay for your time, coffee, or your internet (the money from my own pocket, not from the research team).
