International Preschool in Mumbai looking to hire Franchise Acquisition Executive

A reputed brand Preschool in Mumbai, is looking to hire Franchise Acquisition Executive for their Head Office. The role reports to the Franchise Head and is responsible for franchise expansion & set up of Preschool and day care center. The candidate requires excellent skills to communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner. The candidate will be responsible for brand building & marketing in the designated area / territory / region / zone, impacting new franchise signups and enrollments targets. Franchise Expansion: • Driving franchise fees revenue through new signups and sale of center kit. • Actively participating in franchisee lead generation, contacting the leads, follow ups, Handeling quarries, participating in exhibitions/fairs etc. • Managing sales process cycle (identifying right franchise profile, concept selling, setting right expectations, explaining business model, explaining legal agreements, Negotiations, closing sales) • Searching for properties if required. Franchise Set-up: • Support and Guide the franchise partner to set up the center as per the manual. • Provide marketing strategy and support for the admissions. • Make sure the set is ready with complete infrastructure within given time frame. • Daily supervise and update the reports to management.
