I need an organised, tech–savvy assistant who can take day-to-day tasks off my plate and keep projects moving without micro-management. The work is highly task-based and will centre on four areas: • Recruiting & interviewing candidates – post jobs, screen resumes, schedule and conduct first-round interviews on Indeed, then hand me the short-list. • Managing advertising campaigns – plan, launch and optimise paid social media ads, supplying quick performance snapshots so I can decide on budget tweaks. • Creating & distributing marketing materials – turn approved copy into eye-catching assets (Canva, Adobe or similar) and push them out across our channels. • Ad-hoc business-related tasks – calendar tidying, simple data entry, follow-ups or anything else that frees up my time. Deliverables are straightforward: a weekly recruitment pipeline report from Indeed, two fresh social ad sets with performance summaries, and all marketing collateral delivered in editable formats. Task progress will be tracked in Trello or a similar workspace we set up together.
